Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These terms govern use of the public Platform Intranet website at platformintranet.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
These are website terms, not the subscription agreement for the Platform service. A customer's use of Platform is governed by its order form, service agreement and any incorporated policies. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the customer agreement governs the service.
About this website
The website provides general information about Platform Intranet, its intended capabilities, services and ways to contact us. Content may change as the product develops. Concept interface images are illustrative and may not represent every released feature, configuration or customer environment. Confirm requirements, inclusions, pricing and implementation details with us before relying on them.
Permitted use
You may view, share links to and print reasonable extracts from the website for legitimate business evaluation or personal reference. You must not misuse the website; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt security or availability; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest information at unreasonable scale; impersonate another person; use content unlawfully; or infringe another person's rights.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, brand, text, design, graphics, video, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to Platform Intranet and protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit substantial parts without prior written permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with website content but do not promise that every item is complete, current or error-free. The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, employment, security or other professional advice.
Demonstrations and enquiries
Submitting a form or requesting a demonstration does not create a customer contract or oblige either party to proceed. We may contact you about the request using the details supplied. Commercial commitments arise only from an agreement accepted by authorised representatives.
Third-party links
The website may link to third-party services, including the separate Platform login. Those services are controlled by their operators and may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Platform Intranet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website. This limitation does not apply where loss results from fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our practices or the law. Updated terms apply from the date shown on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
