Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Platform Intranet wants its public website to be useful to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or have vision, hearing, mobility, cognitive or other access needs.
Our accessibility target
We design and test the public website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target. This statement describes our current approach; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant in every circumstance.
What we have designed for
- Keyboard access to primary navigation, menus, dialogs, forms and interactive controls.
- Visible focus indicators and logical focus order.
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and descriptive link text.
- Sufficient colour contrast and information that is not conveyed by colour alone.
- Responsive layouts that work at narrow widths and when text is enlarged.
- Alternative text or nearby text explanations for meaningful images.
- Reduced-motion support and a static alternative for decorative hero motion.
- Clear form labels, instructions and error feedback.
Known limitations
Some concept product screenshots contain text within images, which may be difficult to read with assistive technology or at high magnification. Nearby page content summarises their purpose, and you can request an alternative description. The cinematic hero is decorative, muted and replaceable with a static image when reduced motion is preferred. External services, including the separate login experience, may have their own accessibility status.
Request an alternative format or assistance
If any content or function is difficult to use, contact us and tell us the page, task and format or adjustment that would help. We will consider reasonable ways to provide the information or assistance.
Feedback and complaints
We welcome specific accessibility feedback. Contact us using the details below. If possible, include the page URL, browser or assistive technology used, and a description of the issue. Accessibility feedback will be handled respectfully and used to improve the experience.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review templates, content and interactive components as the site changes and prioritise issues according to their impact.
